Our story is as rich and satisfying as the burgers we serve, beginning in 2021, right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. The world was changing rapidly, and so were we. When Lucky Hare Brewing needed a partner to adapt to the new regulations, our brother-in-law saw an opportunity for us. We seized the moment, and thus, Babe's Burger was born—a concept destined to become a beloved staple along the scenic Seneca Lake Wine Trail.

Our commitment to quality and community is at the core of everything we do. We teamed up with Cudlin’s Meat Market in Newfield to source our burger meat, crafting a blend so perfect, it has remained our signature ever since. As the seasons turned, our journey led us to new adventures. In the winter of 2022/2023, we embraced mobility and innovation by purchasing a food truck, partnering with Northstar Public House in Ithaca, NY. Here, we delighted guests in their brand-new beer garden, extending our offerings to breakfast and lunch options to warm up the neighborhood during the colder months.

2024 marks a new chapter in our ever-expanding story. We're thrilled to announce the launch of our catering services from our new facility in the South Hill Business Park, as well as our exciting collaboration with the Deep Dive, bringing our delectable dishes to their venue on Friday and Saturday nights.

Our vision for the future shines brightly, fueled by our dedication to sourcing even more from local heroes like Plow Break Farms, Remembrance Farms, and Silver Queen Farms. This commitment not only enhances the quality of our food, but strengthens the bonds within our community.
